Update to previously published "Articles of Incorporation"
Article VIII should read, "A non-Director hired by the Board of Directors to serve as Secretary or Treasurer has no term limits and serves at the pleasure of the Board."
Article IX should read, "As provided by Article VIII, the Directors may also elect a Director to serve as Secretary or Treasurer or may hire a stockholder or non-stockholder to serve as Secretary or Treasurer."
